Practice Nurse

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our large progressive GP Practice across three sites in Yateley and Blackwater. We are committed to providing excellent care to our 28,000 patients, whilst recognising the importance of a good work/life balance for our team.

We would be interested to hear from experienced Practice Nurses keen to progress their career and gain more experience working in a Primary Care setting. However, we will consider applications from Community Nurses if you possess relevant experience. Training can be provided for the right candidate.

We will consider both part-time and full-time hours, but you will need to be available for one evening (up to 8.00pm) and some Saturday mornings (8.30 am – 11.30 am) on a rota basis.

Applicants must have a flexible approach to work, ability to work independently as well as in a team and be dedicated to providing high quality patient care.

Maternity Locum

Nurse Practitioners/Urgent Care Practitioners

Our GP-led Urgent Care Centre based at Yateley Medical Centre guarantees local patents an "on the day" appointment for anything which is medically urgent. We are expanding our team of Nurse Practitioners who work alongside GPs to provide this service. Our Nurse Practitioners also play an important part in the management of chronic disease.

We offer a friendly & supportive environment for nurses to practice safely and effecively with a manageable and sustainable workload and a positive commitment to prefessional development.

We have roles which can take into account personal interests and skills and can offer a variety of working patterns to suit.

Receptionists

Our busy but friendly GP Practice is looking to expand our Reception team to provide a great service to our local patients.  Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, particularly face to face and on the phone.  IT skills are essential, as is an attention to detail.  You should be able to stay calm and retain a sense of humour even when the pace is hectic.

Duties will include making appointments and helping patients both on the phone and on the Reception Desk, processing prescription requests, scanning and other general office administration.

A variety of shifts are available Monday to Friday including 08:00-13:00, 13:00-18:00 and 17:30-20:00 also Saturday mornings 08:30-11:30
