Dementia Services

DEMENTIA ACTION WEEK:  The Alzheimer's Society has taken the decision to defer this from May until later in the year because of the current Coronavirus situation.  Once we are made aware of the new date and any activities we will update this page. 

They have a Dementia Connect support line, so that people affected can get the advice and support they desperately need during this difficult time.  You can make a donation on their website to support this helpline.  www.alzheimers.org.uk

DAISY CHAIN DEMENTIA CAFE: Update July 2020

The Café is currently not open.  The Committee review the situation every 4-6 weeks as guidance emerges.  Other ways of being in more contact with attendees, but not in a group environment, are being considered.

NEW LOCATION FOR DAISY CHAIN DEMENTIA CAFE FROM OCTOBER 2019

From 7th October Daisy chain is moving to the Yateley Village Hall, Old School Lane, Yateley, GU46 6NG

Open every Monday (except Bank Holidays) 2:30 - 4:30pm

* Same Volunteers

* Same sort of routine

*Same good fun and actitivites

*More space & a large free car park
