PHONE PROBLEM TODAY 16th JANUARY:  We put a message out on Yateley Community Facebook that there has been a major problem with the phones today, they keep cutting out or working intermittently.  It is a national problem with our provider service.  They are working on it.  Apologies for any inconvenience. Hopefully this will be sorted out by tomorrow.  Thank you Oakley Health Group Team.

NOW OPEN 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

The practice now opens its Yateley Medical Centre from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Evening appointments now available with GPs and nurses and can be booked by calling 01252 872333. These appointments are particularly aimed at patients whose work or study arrangements make it difficult for them to access care during our core opening hours. Phone lines are open 08:30 - 20:00 and the Reception Desk in this building is open 08:00 - 20:00 too.

Every Patient has a "Usual GP"

Every patient is allocated a "Usual GP" - a GP who will get to know you and your family and who will work with you to plan your care needs. We encourage patients to book routine appointments with their own GP, although other doctors are happy to help if that person is not available.

If you are not sure who your usual GP is, please ask Reception.

Sometimes, we might ask you change GP's, particularly if we have a new doctor at the practice. This is to ensure doctors' list sizes stay balanced and means that patients have good access to their doctor.
